WORKSHOPS
Workshop registration gives you access to 6 hours of classes :
4 hours of Lindy Hop in niveau the corresponding level (1, 2 or 3), plus 2 hours of Rhythm & Blues discovery to enrich your experience and expand your danse vocabulary.
Lindy Hop
Level 1
This level is for dancers with one or more years of experience. You have mastered the basics such as Swing out, the Charleston, the Frankie 6 and 8 or even the Tandem, and would like to develop them further. Through new variations and a fresh look at classical movements, the aim is to reinforce your ease in social dancing, while enriching your vocabulary and musicality.
Lindy Hop
Level 2
This level is for dancers who are comfortable with the basics of Lindy Hop and are ready to explore more complex variations, both technically and musically. You're looking for new sensations in your dancing, enjoy faster tempos (up to 160 BPM and more) and love challenges. Each session aims to refine your style while giving you the tools to integrate what you learn in social practice.
Lindy Hop
Level 3
This level is for experienced dancers with at least 4 years of regular practice. Forget classical formats : here, variations, complex rhythms and demanding combinations will push your technical and musical limits. You're comfortable on every tempos, from the slowest to the fastest, and are looking for a real challenge to match your advanced practice and weekly commitment.
Rhythm & Blues
Included in every Lindy Hop level, this module offers an exploration of Rhythm & Blues, a dance born at the crossroads of the 40s and 50s 40-50, heir to Lindy Hop and precursor of Rock'n'Roll.
An opportunity to revisit the 6 and 8 beat basics from a new angle, in a more groovy and expressive style.
An invitation to move differently, to rich, atypical music, while staying connected to the world of swing.

Mix & Match Lindy Hop
The M&M is a social competition where leaders and followers are randomly paired to dance to random music.
This test highlights the quality of the dancers' guidance, follow-through, musical listening and improvisational skills.
This competition is open to all levels: it's an Open category.
Registration fee : 10€/person
Champions Cup Qualifier
Qualifying for the Champions Cup finals at the Savoy Cup 2026.
This stage takes place in two stages :
-Prelims: a classic competition format with 3 tunes for all couples.
-Battle: selected couples will battle it out until a winner emerges.
Registration fee : 20€/couple
Rhythm & Blues Contest
Participants dance to rhythm & blues in pairs.
The main criteria for this category are creativity, improvisation, musicality and groove. Pre-choreographed movements such as 4X8 etc. are not recommended and will be penalized. This competition will be based essentially on improvisation.
The tempo of this competition will be on tracks between 140 and 160 BPM.
Registration fee : 20€/couple
